In short – the 8 Weeks to WOW program has created a baby version for the people that are time poor or just need a kick over the winter period. The 4 week version of our successful 8 week challenge is 6 week membership to a metabolism boosting nutrition plan, motivation, home workouts and that has literally thousands of happy people, new owners of the body and fitness they always wanted, but had never quite achieved.
The “CHALLENGE” part is up to you. It can either be something you do to challenge yourself, or like hundreds of people along side you, it could be just a way to clean up your eating and training habits to make sure you are getting the most out of your life.
There are NO PRIZES for this challenge – however – as always as cheesy as this sounds – shouldn’t the greatest prize of all be the brand new healthy YOU? Please feel free to upload your before and after photos just to keep yourself on track – but you are not obliged to do so.
CAN’T I JUST DO A DE-TOX?
Ok – Mythbuster here…..You don’t need to detox your liver, kidneys or any of that. Your brain is addicted to many unhealthy things….Mostly sugar and easy options. Be kind to yourself and you will find amazing changes happening. A Healthy balance plate of food is 100% more effective than a juice cleanse or counting calories.
I AM ALREADY THIN, IS THIS FOR ME?
Simple answer is that this program is for every body shape. This isn’t about Skinny. This is about FIT – AND HEALTHY.
We have already slim people that do the 8W2W or 4WBB plan to build muscle, lean up and clean up their everyday eating habits – Even the leanest of our recruits participated in the last two challenges, not only to be a part of the hype, but some to actually put on some decent lean muscle and to change their shape.
Remember, not everything about health and fitness is about being thin! We want healthy, happy, fit, strong bodies. Ones that support us through life and help us to live life to its fullest.

There are slight alterations to the plan for muscle gain, but it is the same plan with different supplements and slightly different INFERNO home workouts.
I AM A VEGETARIAN. DO YOU HAVE A VEGAN OR VEGETARIAN VERSION?
Unfortunately not yet. We have not progressed to the stage where we can offer a large enough range of foods for Vegetarians to be able to participate. However, if you eat fish, you are able to participate.
WHERE DO I GET A COPY?
Over the years we have progressed from emails, to E-books and now we are pleased to have gone one step further by having the entire 8 Weeks to WOW eating plan online. Once we hit the weekend before the Challenge, your eating plan will be up and displayed so that you can download your shopping lists and prepare!
To ensure fair play to all participants, we ask that you hold off starting until the Wednesday the 1st of February. This is so that we can all take this amazing challenge together. It works wonders when you have hundreds of other people all feeling the same way as you, striving for a similar goal, or even just understanding the changes you are looking to make.
This gives you plenty of times to print out your shopping list, take your before photos (Remember this has to be done with the weekend Newspaper (NO IPADS or electronics) and can’t be a selfie! NO SELFIES EVER!
