How it all works….

The plan kicks off with Week 1. We move through the 8 weeks, 1 week at a time, making small and subtle changes as we go, so that we get the most out of your time on it and get the best possible results.

In the beginning of the plan – what we are essentially doing is igniting our fat burning furnace, but teaching our body to start using stored body fat as it’s preferred energy source. This phase relies on greatly reducing our carbohydrate intake for the initial stages… This isn’t as hard as it sounds. There are just a few simple rules to follow. You won’t feel hunger, and hopefully only minimal cravings!

There are two options of Plans to follow this year – one that is slightly easier to follow and more for people that are just looking to clean up their diet a bit, lose 1-15kgs of body fat, and a more extreme version which will have you burning fat steadily from day 1and help you to reach you goals in a very short amount of time.
